Where and how am I supposed to add more apps? The player doesn't even have some that are supposed to be included DailyMotion. The apps website just has pics and info, and through the player I can't search or add any new apps. I signed up, even added a credit card, but what can I do? Am I missing something here? If there are no additional apps available in the store, then there are no available apps to download at that given time.
If for whatever reason you are missing apps from your player that were advertised to be included, I would suggest contacting your regions Samsung Apps service center for additional information the number can be found on your regions Samsung. I did notice last night that the icons next to the apps show whether it's available on the TV or the players.
Are those in the works? If I could have Netflix and Hulu Plus which I applied forthen we migiht be 'set' without actually having any channels at all! Ahh the future of 'TV'. There are more Apps in the works, both from Samsung and from other 3rd parties, but I don't have any time frame as to when they will be released.
Also, some Apps are region specific, so if you are in a different region than, oh say, the US, you may not get apps like Netflix All I can say is keep checking your region's Samsung.
Will new apps be shown here? Will they automatically be updated as options in the Blu-ray player menus? It seems like most of them are for TVs and not players. Will new apps be available for both? I just hope that new apps will be available on the player I have, and that it isn't "dead" on arrival I'm not in a huge rush.
Just trying to figure out what to expect. Does that mean I won't be able to install it on a BD-C? Didn't Samsung create one platform that can be updated across products?? BP2U, In reference to your previous post, new apps will be shown in both the App store online and in the BD player once they become available for that unit.
But like I stated before, I don't have any time lines right now as to when Apps will be available. Hulu is in that same category. I unfortunately do not have any info on when that is coming along to other players.
